Charlie Davis is a survivor of the outbreak in GWR's What Remains. He is a Ranger of The Coalition of Pittsford and Fairport who currently resides in Fort Harris (Outpost 2-15).

Nothing is known about Charlie's life prior to or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Pittsford, New York[]
At some point, Charlie enlisted and became a Ranger for The Coalition of Pittsford and Fairport.
Season 1[]
"The Third Door"[]
Charlie Davis was first encountered by Max Rutherford and the rest of Unit 2-15 after being reassigned to succeed the position of the deceased Benedict Harris. He arrived at Outpost 2-15 and repeatedly insulted the location. After he was assigned his quarters, Charlie revealed that he is a demolitions expert. Later, Charlie was seen through his bathroom window after the group is sent to investigate sightings of the Miller Family.
"Rebirth"[]
Charlie was seen in the background along with Demi McIntosh and Tyrell Mason during the planning of Unit 2-15's mission to recover the remains of the mutated cultists. He was left behind.
Season 2[]
"Questionable Ethics"[]
Two months later, it was confirmed that Charlie is still alive and still resides at Outpost 2-15.
