Dwayne Clancy is a main character and a survivor of the outbreak in GWR's What Remains. He is a Ranger of The Coalition of Pittsford and Fairport.

After the bombings, Dwayne fled Pittsford due to the riots and districts overwhelmed by Red-Eyes alongside a group of survivors comprised of Marvin Findlay, Sharon Kravitz, Emily Laidlaw, Maurice, and Andrea Moss for Fort Harris. He later returned to Pittsford alongside members of Unit 2-15 to provide relief efforts where he was eventually reassigned to Max Rutherford's unit to replace the recently deceased Marco Alferez. Since, Dwayne has worked riot control until the entire unit was reassigned to Jack Bevis' operation to see the arrest of key members in the Inner-Cities Liberation Front.

After being approached by Marshall Grant, along with members of Unit 2-15, Dwayne agreed to go rogue from The Coalition to investigate Epsilon Station, a black site operation located in Canada thought to contain a weapon crucial to the ongoing war efforts. Dwayne went missing during the excursion into Epsilon Station after attracting a horde toward the other members of Unit 2-15 and fleeing via elevator. He is currently presumed deceased.
