Jeremiah Miller is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in GWR's What Remains. He was a high-ranking member of The Miller Family and one of Carl Miller's ten lieutenants.

At some point in the apocalypse, Jeremiah somehow came into contact with a group led by Carl Miller which he subsequently joined upon where he was appointed as one of Carl's personal lieutenants.
Jeremiah aided his group in terrorizing other survivors and communities around the area, amassing a large bounty within The Coalition's territories.

"Eight Hours"[]
After capturing several scouts alongside Carl, Jeremiah and his men staged an ambush at their outpost in Vermont where they led key figures of Monroe with the promise of releasing several hostages. Later, Jeremiah and his men were ambushed by Constantine Hasapis and several other members of Monroe at an outpost in Vermont. During the fight, he severely wounded both Corey Jackson and Anderson Parker before retreating alongside what remained of his men.
