Philip was a survivor of the outbreak in GWR's What Remains. He was a slave of the The Miller Family.

After the raid on the Burlington Country Club and the death of much of Carl Miller's inner-circle, he became a resident of Coalition Outpost 2-15.

Post-Apocalypse

At some point in the apocalypse, Philip somehow came into contact with a group of raiders called The Miller Family which he was subsequently captured and enslaved by.

"The Long Dark: Part I"

After Michelle Reed attempted to flee Fort Harris with the detonator to the MAD Device, Philip intercepted her and tried to bring her into custody. As Max Rutherford and the others arrived at the camp, several gunshots were heard over the radio. When Max and the others entered the camp, Michelle was gone and Philip was laying on the ground bleeding out as Deanna and Gabriel Barton tried staunch his bleeding. This proved futile. He died, and Gabriel stabbed him in the head to prevent reanimation.

"The Long Dark: Part II"

After the group pursuing Michelle returned to Fort Harris, Philip's body was covered and loaded onto a stretcher, then brought to the morgue by Tyrell Mason and Demi McIntosh.

A while later, Philip was buried and a funeral was held for him, with each member of his group saying a few words.
