"Robbie B. Badd" (real name unknown) was a main character and an antagonist, as well survivor of the outbreak in GWR's What Remains. He was the contested leader of the Dollfaces, the nominal government and organization running the Liberty District, a large district comprising a large percentage of Pittsford. After the former leader, Barbie Doll, was forced to flee from her club and organization, Robbie was appointed as the new leader by members of the Inner-Cities Liberation Front. He was the secondary antagonist of the first half of Season 2.

Overview

Robbie was a ruthless, brutal, unpredictable and greedy man with a sadistic sense of humor. He was very authoritarian in his leadership over the Dollfaces without the finesse or care for his people that his predecessor claimed to have. He was considered by many of the Dollfaces to be psychotic and hedonistic in his pursuits for the organization. Like Barbie, Robbie was not above using fear and intimidation to achieve his ends and was a remorseless killer unbothered by the side-effects of the on-going civil war which he carelessly supported and participated in. He was easily manipulated and controlled by the promises of riches or women, and had no problems with working with organizations that perpetrate further destabilization or violence, such as Brighton. He was loud, brash and unwilling to let anyone else have the last word in edge-wise.

There were not many positive qualities in Robbie, aside from his ability to handle money to fund his hedonistic ventures. Prior to his claim to leadership, Robbie B. Badd served as a powerful ally to Barbie Doll, watching and controlling much of the organizations finances and investments. His reputation as an abuser and sexual deviant did not escape his close inner-circle of allies until his rise to power. Robbie represented everything the Dollfaces sought to escape.

Nothing is known about Robbie's life prior to or as the outbreak began.

Post-Apocalypse

Monroe County, New York

At some point after the onset of the outbreak, Robbie discovered the community of Pittsford, where a burgeoning civilization was forming and thus joined. Unable to serve any menial use for the cities, he was quickly relegated to a life of poverty in Liberty District, or the slums, where he would discover a criminal organization in a nightclub called The Dollhouse. Because of their incapable leader, Robbie came into contact with Barbie Doll and subsequently joined her rebellion and her new organization, the Dollfaces. At some point later, Barbie along with Robbie's and other Dollface's help, seized control of The Dollhouse and established it as their central headquarters.

Shortly after Barbie and the Dollfaces claimed ownership of The Dollhouse, Robbie was appointed as one of her right-hand men and put in control of the financial operations of the organization. Dutifully, Robbie did his work without hesitation as the Dollfaces rose to power in the Liberty District and overthrew one of the single most power men in the region, Armando Rusk. They sealed their claim to ownership of the district. The Dollfaces were soon referred to as the nominal government for the Liberty District with residents preferring to seek them out for help as opposed to The Coalition.
