Leslie Kerry Winton, or Wint is a survivor of the outbreak in GWR's What Remains. He is a Junior Ranger of The Coalition of Pittsford and Fairport who resides in Fort Harris (Outpost 2-15).

Nothing is known about Leslie's life prior to or as the outbreak began.

Post-Apocalypse[]

Pittsford, New York[]

At some point during the outbreak Leslie made his way toward the Pittsford, capital of The Coalition, where he settled into the community and later enlisted to become a Ranger. Leslie was assigned to the first wave of requested recruits to Outpost 2-15 in Monroe County, New York.

Season 1[]

"The Third Door"[]

Leslie was encountered by Outpost 2-15 after he and the rest of his unit were pinned down by the Miller Family following their arrival in The Barrens. He helped dispatch of the Millers alongside the rest of his unit, and was seen shortly after preparing to leave for Outpost 2-15.

Later, Leslie accompanied Max Rutherford and Blackwell to the location of the Crow's convoy. He was injured during an ambush by the Millers and was treated at the encampment. Afterward, Leslie was seen preparing to return to Outpost 2-15.

"Rebirth"[]

As Max and the rest of her unit discussed the impending battle, Leslie was seen on gate-duty. A short time later, Leslie accompanied Max and the rest of his unit to fight the Miller Family at their compound. After most of the Millers were wiped out in the initial assault, Leslie accompanied the rest of his unit into the hall and participated in the final fight. He was able to survive the encounter. Afterwards, Leslie prepared to return home to Outpost 2-15.

A few days later, Leslie was seen mourning the loss of Benedict Harris along with the rest of his unit. Some time later, Leslie was present when the group decided to name the outpost Fort Harris in honor of their deceased squadmate. Later, Leslie participated in a training exercise hosted by Erick Gonzalez.

Season 2[]

"Questionable Ethics"[]

Leslie was seen with Max's convoy approaching the Breach. He aided them in defending the gates from an onslaught of Red-Eyes and managed to escape into the tunnels. He was threatened with murder by Noelle Lange after expressing his desire to get into the fight with the Inner-Cities Liberation Front. He was ordered to stay behind with Gabriel Barton and Seth Denton after Aklaq Scott was injured by a Red-Eye dog.

"Oppressor"[]

Two months later, Leslie was part of the unit assigned to a joint-operation with the OSI along with Truman Parker's unit. He later partook in the assault on the apartment block and was able to escape unscathed. When Max and Francis King arrived back at the Ranger Field Office, Leslie watched as Truman attempted to arrest them. Later, Leslie confronted Max and claimed that she is a traitor.

He stormed off after Max refused to accept any responsibility for her actions. Nat Brackenridge followed him and spoke to him about his issues with Max. He claimed that she is reckless, an addict, has nearly gotten his entire unit killed, and has directly supported threats against his life because she has a personal problem with him. He refused to transfer out of the unit, saying that Max is the only one who needs to transfer.

A few days later, Leslie was left behind with Wendy during the raid on The Dollhouse. After the rest of his unit returned, he was seen reading a book to help overcome trust issues. He was called to the meeting, and agreed to go rogue to Canada, promising to have their back regardless of his personal issues.
